Ola Saleh has over 15 years of experience from humanitarian and peacebuilding contexts. She is an independent peacebuilding and conflict sensitivity expert with regional and country specialisation from work with MENA, South Caucasus, Ukraine, BiH, and Liberia. She provided technical expertise and support, to women’s participation in both track i and track ii processes. She is an experienced advisor, learning designer, process facilitator, and youth mentor.

Saleh has advised senior management teams, development cooperation and culture boards on decolonial and antiracist practice and discourse. Saleh is also a keen writer, especially on the topics of the women, peace and security, conflict sensitivity and radicalisation. She is currently serving her second term as a member of the EU Radicalisation Awareness Network expert pool, and serves as a Trustee of Saferworld.
